Huntington Beach Pop Warner Football, Inc, does not automatically collect personally identifiable information from visitors.
If you choose to email us and provide personally identifiable information about yourself, or register to visit and post to our bulletin board, we will not sell, rent or otherwise disclose that information to third parties. In certain circumstances, we may be required or authorized by law to disclose the information you provide to law enforcement officials, and we will comply.
Other information about your visit, which does not identify you personally, is used only to analyze traffic patterns and to perform routine system maintenance. We do not use the system logs or other records for any other purpose.
In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), users under the age of thirteen will not be activated to post on the bulletin board, without signed written consent from a parent.
